Hard Rock International (HRI) has received regulatory approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission for its acquisition of The Mirage Hotel & Casino from MGM Resorts International. Germany: Located in the historic Levantehaus building, Conrad Hamburg will mark Hilton’s debut of its Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in the country. Hilton has entered a franchise agreement with Munich Hotel Partners to open the luxury Conrad Hamburg in 2024. MCR has acquired the Hyatt Place Miami Airport East, a six-story, select-service hotel with 135 rooms located less than a mile from Miami International Airport’s main entrance. Built in 2015, the property was purchased at more than a 25% discount to MCR’s estimated replacement cost. This is the company’s ninth hotel in Florida and its first Hyatt property.
