MCR acquires NYC’s Gramercy Park Hotel

Hotel Business

MCR has acquired the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City. Morse Development, an MCR affiliate that developed the TWA Hotel at New York City’s JFK Airport, will renovate the five-star hotel. Areas of the hotel that will be renovated include the lobby; the first-floor restaurants and bars; and the 197 guestrooms and suites. The 7,000-sq.-ft. rooftop bar will also receive a full restoration.
