Récemment, un ami m’a fait part d’analyses très intéressantes qu’il avait faites sur les taux d’annulation et leur rapport sur la baisse du prix moyen de certains hôtels. Trouvant ses observations extrêmement pertinentes, j’ai ensuite évoqué le sujet avec plusieurs dizaines de directeurs d’hôtel.
