Marriott International is set to bring design-led Aloft Hotels brand to Singapore following the signing of a 785-room hotel in the cultural district of Balestier. An agreement with Hiap Hoe Limited, through HH Properties Pte. Ltd, will see the site converted into the largest Aloft hotel in the world. WASHINGTON—As over 80 percent of hotels experience staffing shortages, hoteliers are offering potential hires incentives to fill open positions, according to a new survey of hoteliers conducted by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA).
