Edgewater Group LLC has sold the 77-room Sleep Inn by Choice Hotels in Destin, FL for $7 million. The property was originally bought by EC Hospitality LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Edgewater Valley Forge Fund II LP for $6.5 million in December 2017.
