Since hosting the first-ever GRAMMY Awards at The Beverly Hilton in 1959, Hilton has been more than just a name in the hotel industry. From inventing the Vegas residency to welcoming musicians who have penned world-famous songs while at Hilton properties, Hilton’s history is rich with musical milestones.

Hilton’s GRAMMY Night Commercials

On music’s biggest night, Hilton reinforced its commitment to helping fans stay in the music, unveiling two new commercials as part of the “It Matters Where You Stay” campaign in creative partnership with the advertising agency Havas Chicago. These creative TV spots highlight Hilton’s deep roots in the music industry, celebrating its role in supporting both fans and artists.

The first commercial, titled “For the Fans,” honors those who are the true heartbeat of music. From sold-out stadium tours to memorable performances, the spot emphasizes that “when you want to stay in the music, it matters where you stay,” and showcases Hilton’s role in providing the ultimate stay experience for music enthusiasts.

In the second spot, Hilton continues its tradition of championing emerging artists. This commercial features an intimate concert setting inside Conrad Los Angeles, spotlighting the GRAMMY-winning singer-songwriter Laufey.

Known for her jazz-infused melodies and soothing vocals, Laufey has rapidly risen in the music scene, drawing inspiration from a blend of classic and modern influences. To foster the connection between fans and emerging artists, Hilton hosted an intimate Connecting Room Concert with Laufey, ensuring guests are always at the heart of the music they love the most.

The "It Matters Where You Stay" advertising campaign is inspired by the “Hilton. For the Stay” global platform. Built on the insight that the “Stay,” and being cared for, is the crucial element that can make or break any trip, “Hilton. For the Stay” places the Stay front and center by highlighting the benefits that make guests feel cared for – from amazing service and pet-friendly travel to Hilton Honors perks, including the industry-leading Hilton Honors app.
