The inaugural SIRO One Za'abeel hotel by Kerzner International is set to open its doors in February. This marks the debut of Kerzner's new fitness and wellness-focused brand, making it a first-of-its-kind globally. Starting February 1, the hotel's state-of-the-art fitness and recovery labs will be operational, with accommodations available to guests from February 12. Situated within Dubai's innovative One Za'abeel development, the hotel shares its location with the prestigious One&Only One Za'abeel and The Link. Kerzner International positions SIRO as a groundbreaking fusion of luxury and wellness.
Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International, emphasizes that SIRO represents the company's dedication to pioneering and reshaping the hospitality sector. He describes it as a breeding ground for blending science and innovation to enhance health and fitness, effectively merging wellness and hospitality into a singular, superior experience.
Zuber notes that the past decade has seen a surge in the importance of self-care, with fitness and recovery emerging as key components of wellbeing. SIRO is Kerzner's answer to this trend, offering a community space for individuals to connect, share, and enhance their lifestyles. The ethos of SIRO One Za'abeel is encapsulated in its philosophy: "Train without compromise, recover without compromise, live without compromise." The hotel offers five core experiences: fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness.
Guest rooms are soundproofed and equipped with recovery tools, stretching bars, and refueling options, along with access to virtual classes. To aid in restful sleep, rooms are fitted with app-controlled smart curtains that align with circadian rhythms.
The hotel boasts fitness suites with personal gyms and recovery suites complete with stretching accessories. Central to SIRO One Za'abeel is a comprehensive fitness and recovery lab, encompassing a two-story, 1,000 square meter gym, studios for pilates, spin, and yoga, an experience box, and multi-sport courts for diverse physical activities.
The recovery lab offers an array of specialized treatments, including percussion therapy, electro muscle stimulation, IV therapy, and more. In terms of dining, the hotel provides a collaborative approach, tailoring culinary experiences to guest preferences. The Eefuel Bar and a dedicated mindfulness studio further enhance the hotel's holistic approach to wellness.
