CHICAGO - First Hospitality, national hotel operations and development company, assumed management and operations of the Lively Hotel in Oklahoma City, further advancing the company’s growth into larger urban city destinations.

The Lively Hotel, a 132-key boutique hotel, will join OAK, a 20-acre mixed-use development district of restaurants, bars, and retail shops in the heart of Oklahoma City. In addition to 13,500 square feet of retail space, the property also features a bar and restaurant as well as a 2,400 square foot outdoor bar and pool area on the second floor, a fitness center, and over 2,600 square feet of meeting spaces. The property will serve as the first Oklahoma property for First Hospitality, the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton in the state, and the 30th Hilton property managed by First Hospitality. With development underway, the property will open in summer 2024.

The addition of the Lively Hotel to our property portfolio marks multiple significant milestones for First Hospitality.
