Soft Renovations
Set against hues of leafy tropical greens and soft comforting pinks, the reimagined rooms at Lennox Hotels display a new color scheme accented by new room linens, textured pillows, tropical wallpaper and artwork that evoke the brightness of Miami's vibrant energy coupled with a soothing and relaxing aesthetic. Design elements have been pulled from Ms. Castellanos as she has completely led the interior renovations; for example, Ms. Castellanos, an Argentine native, draws inspiration from the southernmost region of Patagonia, where the calming new wood panel design of the rooms has been sourced from.
Upon entering Lennox, guests are immediately greeted by a transformed ground floor with a redesigned lobby. The new layout creates a more open feeling with an expanded lounge section that encourages get-togethers or co-working over coffee.
New Summer Menu at Amalia
Moreover, guests to Lennox Hotels will also be able to enjoy the new summer menu from the Mediterranean and Latin infused on-site restaurant, Amalia. A beautifully designed lush space, Amalia celebrates real food through delicious dishes at the heart of a convivial, health-conscious dining experience. The ingredient-driven menu blends innovative technique with seasonal, local products and guides diners through the sensations and trips made by Executive Chef Hernan Griccini including Italy, Spain, Peru, Israel, Morocco and Argentina. The summer menu includes items such as:
- Roasted cauliflower and pistachios ($26) Brown butter, roasted cauliflower with herbs, green tahini emulsion and pistachios.
- Hummus and little gem ($24) Chickpeas hummus, tahini-lemon dressing, grilled fresh little gem and mushrooms. Hazelnut.
- Fettuccine Alfredo ($28) Homemade pasta with heavy cream and parmigiano reduction and pistachios. Option to add chicken, salmon or shrimp.
- Trofie with Bolognese ($34) - Grandmother's style pasta, Emilia Rogmana style Bolognese sauce with pork and veal, fresh arugula and parmigiano cheese.
- Pork cottoleta alla Milanese ($42) - Crispy panko pork Milanese, linguini all burro and fresh arugula and Cherrie salad.
- Pineapple tart tatin ($16) - Caramelized pineapple with brown butter and muscovado sugar ice cream.
- Classic arroz con leche ($15) - With caramelized banana, cocoa nibs and dulce de leche.
Launch of Wellness Program
A new wellness program allows guests to ride around the vibrant Miami Beach neighborhood on electric bikes as well as enjoy a complimentary yoga series at Amalia led by Argentine fitness model and Insta-famous yoga teacher, Rocio Guirao Diaz. After the 60-minute session, attendees are invited to mingle with Rocio and enjoy samples of light bites and juices specially curated by Executive Chef Grissini to recharge post-work out.
