Berlin - Denizen, the innovative force behind ground floor community workspaces, is excited to announce its partnership with NUMA Group, the leading European operator of fully-digitized boutique apartments. This collaboration has led to the launch of a new on-demand and subscription-based community work and event space in the heart of Düsseldorf's Pempelfort neighborhood.

Echoing its Berlin counterpart, the Denizen House in Düsseldorf embraces the ethos of being the "living room for the neighborhood." Situated on the ground floor of numa Artol Hotel, this fresh partnership underscores Denizen and NUMA Group's shared dedication to enhancing the interaction between hospitality and the local community. It also sets the stage for the rapid expansion of this inventive use of ground floor space throughout Europe.

Converted in less than 12 weeks, Denizen House at numa Artol has transformed the traditional ground floor reception and lobby into a bustling neighbourhood hub for local residents, professionals, and companies. At its core, it offers a work and event lounge, dedicated workstations, private phone booths, and meeting spaces. Collaborating with local deli operator Birdie & Co, Denizen’s grab & go café offers guests, members, and the local neighborhood with a wide range of fast and good breakfast, lunch, and snack options.

Bookable via the Denizen App and NUMA Group's Website, subscriptions start from €129 per month for lounge access and €349 per month for dedicated desks. All members enjoy unlimited Workshop Coffee, Manu’s tea, access to community events, a personal concierge to handle post and packages and the use of Denizen House as their personal mailing address. Dedicated desk members receive an added perk—a private meeting room, available on demand.

David Turnbull, co-founder and CEO of Denizen stated that the Denizen-NUMA Group partnership is a prime example of innovation at its core. This alliance not only underscores their shared digital focus but also their combined dedication to reshaping hospitality by integrating it with the surrounding community.

Starting from October 4th, 2023, Denizen House is excited to open its doors to guests and members. Open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, Denizen House invites the whole neighborhood to embrace a space for collaboration, inspiration, and building meaningful connections.
