One of Charlestowne's latest development projects, the management company's in-house creative team worked closely with developers and designers to conceptualize a hotel brand and eatery that's unlike anything else currently available in the market. Designed for the modern traveler with a penchant for quirky experiences, Little Mod's 15 guest rooms feature record players, retro bath tile, and mid-century furniture. For guests looking to settle in and stay awhile, five apartment-style suites offer enhanced kitchens, ample workspace, a cozy sitting area, and luxurious en-suite bathroom for rest and relaxation.

The hotel's airstream-style food truck, The Mod Pod, serves up all-day breakfast, tasty tacos, and waffle cones stuffed with pork belly and maple citrus glaze. All of these delicious dishes are whipped up by The Mod Pod's chef Tyler Andrews, who has worked in prestigious kitchens and designed this experience to serve food with sophistication at affordable prices.
