JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform has added Jessica White as a director in its Los Angeles office.
White focuses on hotel value and risk advisory assignments and will report to Charlotte Kang, managing director/hotel national practice lead.
“As with all of the other asset classes, hotel owners are seeking valuable insights into the value of their properties during this high interest rate environment,” Kang said. “I’m really excited to have Jessica as part of our team, where she will play an integral role in driving business for the group and growing our current client base.”
With more than 10 years of experience in valuation, White most recently served as a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, she worked on a variety of assignments ranging from luxury full-service resorts to economy motels, as well creating bespoke feasibility assignments for regional developers. Prior to that, she was a VP at HVS.
