UK: Christopher Perone has been promoted from food and beverage director at NoMad London hotel to general manager.

Since construction of the London flagship for the NoMad brand, Perone has served as the hotel’s food and beverage director.

He helped launch the NoMad in New York City in 2012 and went on to become a general manager on Nantucket Island. Perone eventually relocated to Dublin to study and arrived in London in 2019 to develop and launch Davies and Brook at Claridge’s.

Perone said: “NoMad has played a key role in my career, serving as a source of inspiration in all I’ve done. Now, in London, we’re looking forward to new chapters honouring NoMad’s roots. Since inception, we have aimed to provide a holistic hospitality experience embracing food & beverage and rooms where one informs the other. I couldn’t feel more grateful to be working alongside the calibre of leaders NoMad has produced, both past and present.”

Lifestyle hotel NoMad London from Sydell Group marked the first international property for The NoMad brand. It features 91 rooms and 21 suites, a main restaurant, a casual bar and restaurant, library, subterranean bar, 9,000 square feet of event space, and spa treatments.
