UK: The London EDITION has appointed Paul Walters as general manager .
Walters has gained international experience working in luxury lifestyle hotels in Sydney, Bali, Hong Kong and Mexico with brands including Principal and W Hotels.
Originally from Australia, Walters has spent 10 years in London and has held general manager roles at Kimpton Fitzroy London, The Langham London, and with The Doyle Collection.
Speaking about his appointment, Walters, said: “After being a fan for so many years, I am very excited to now be a part of the EDITION brand and looking forward to this new chapter.”
Located in Fitzrovia, The London EDITION offers 173 rooms, a restaurant, three bars, several meeting rooms and a gym.
EDITION manages 15 hotels around the world spanning from North America and Europe to the Middle East and Asia. Planned new openings include sites in Rome, Doha, Mexico’s Riviera Maya at Kanai and a second property in Tokyo.
