M3 LLC (formerly known as M3 Accounting Services Inc.), a hotel accounting software and services provider, has added to its leadership team with the appointment of Rich Wilhelm as CFO and Parag Doshi as chief technology officer (CTO).
Wilhelm brings more than 29 years of experience to his role, overseeing the finance and accounting strategy of the company. With a background in the fintech and software industries, he has held leadership positions in finance and accounting teams, as well as roles in operations and investor relations.
In his new capacity, he oversees all aspects of M3’s financial planning and reporting while focusing on developing strategies.
Doshi oversees the technological direction of the company, developing and implementing strategies to align technology with M3’s business objectives and long-term goals.
