Learn to Love Problems

There are two ways to look at problems.  You can see them as a pains in the ass and things to avoid or you can view them as opportunities, something to embrace.

Problems come with lot’s of emotion. Therefore, it’s easy to want to avoid them. Avoiding them however will be catastrophic. Yes, “will!”

Embrace the fact your pipeline is weak. Accept that only two of your sales managers are at quota. Acknowledge your sales operations is creating inaccurate reports. Don’t pretend your CRM isn’t a data cluster. No matter your problems, hit them head on. Embrace your problems as if you love them. Love your problems, but not so much you hate to see them go.

Learn to love your problems, then you’ll jump into them. It’s the love that makes them go away.
