The Kessler Collection welcomed Peter Wu as president of hospitality operations. With over two decades of experience, Wu will oversee the corporate commercial, marketing, human capital, and information technology functions.

IHG Hotels & Resorts announced David Spooner as vice president global brands, Six Senses. Based in the United Kingdom, Spooner will support the direction of the Six Senses brand, aligning its strategy with IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio.

Encore hired Georgina Flores as chief marketing officer to support the customer journey. In her new role, she will provide strategic guidance to the company’s brand, consumer insights, product marketing, and more.

Spire Hospitality named Sanjay Mahajan as general manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood. Mahajan will lead all facets of operations, including marketing, hotel oversight, and guest services.

Pendry Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Anne Marie Doyle as general manager of Pendry West Hollywood. With over three decades of experience, Doyle joins the property from Montage Laguna Beach.

Viceroy Hotels & Resorts and Pebblebrook Hotel Trust announced Marta Hagan as director of sales and marketing of Viceroy Santa Monica and Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to the position.

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, a Gurney’s Resort & Spa, announced the appointment of personnel to its food and beverage team, including Gregory James as executive chef, Paul Carter as food and beverage director, Matthew Hobbs as executive sous chef, Thomas Porrazzo as general manager of elements and jade bar, and Russell Senser as sommelier.

Lotte Hotel Seattle announced three culinary team members joining the property: Jesse Olsen as executive chef, Antonio Giovanni as director of food and beverage, and Jon Park as lead bartender.

Club Quarters Hotels announced three new roles to its executive team: Joseph Turano as chief operating officer, Shawn Usami as vice president of revenue management, and Kendall Viola as vice president of marketing.

BKM Capital Partners selected Mason Waite as managing director of asset management. He will also serve on the investment committee for the company. Waite will be responsible for leading the company’s asset management, leasing, and construction departments.
